Dear Corey,
I know this letter is long overdue, but the life of a caterer is as hectic as they come. I just wanted to say "thank you" again for such a wonderfull wedding cermony and reception. Everything was absolutely perfect!
With the holidays just passing, we were with all of our family that we still raving about the GREAT TIME they had at the wedding. Family and friends alike were impressed with the quality and quantity of food, service from the server and bartenders (most of our guest still name their server) and the beauty and elegance of the hall. It feel like just yesterday was the weedding as everyone keeps talking about what a great time and wonderful experience was had by all.
I could not ask for anything more for our wedding day. I had a blast from start to finish and wouldn't to change anything! Fred and I have never been happier than our wedding day and you, Cheryl and the rest of the staff were a big part of the day.
A special "thank you" to you for all of your accommodations with all of my special request that really made my day feel diffrent from all of the wedding that I work every weekend. I really felt like the bride and NOT the caterer, Which is usually difficult for me tolet go of!
Family, friends and of course Fred and I would recommend the Bradford to anyone who is looking have the best night of theirlife! Our wedding day would not have been complete without you!

On Saturday, November 19, 2011 my wedding reception was held at the Bradford Estate. Words cannot express how satisfied the entire wedding party and guests were with the services provided by The Bradford Estate. The management and staff were absolutely awesome. From the moment our party entered The Bradford we were met my management and offered cheese and fruit trays and refreshments. From that moment on we felt as though we were the most important persons in the venue. Mr. Corey Hrubash and Ms.Cori McGrath both were excellent, excellent, excellent. The staff were seen yet invisible and equally as good. The decor, food, bar everything exhibited just a very superior quality service.
Our wedding was flawless and topped off by this beautiful experience at The Bradford makes this day an experience that will forever make our marriage special. I am the Groom and my Bride was just beaming at how beautiful our day had been. I do understand that this is your profession but if this was your normal level of service all I can say is,"MY MY MY". Thank you all so much.

We just wanted to thank you for everything you did to make our wedding night so amazing. It truly was the night of a lifetime! Everyone was amazed at all that The Bradford Estate had to offer, from the food to the beautifully landscaped grounds. We have not heard from a single person that did not have an awesome time. My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Bradford Estate in May 2011. I could not have been more pleased with our choice of location. Corey Hrubash and his team did a truly amazing job. As an Event Manager myself for Marriott Hotels, I know that I have high standards. Not only were my expectations met, but they were far exceeded. I worried about absolutely nothing that evening. Everything ran smoothly and as planned. The biggest hit was the food! I can not tell you how many of our guests raved about the food, both the quantity and the quality. You will be faced with many choices when planning your wedding. One choice that should be easy is to have your reception at The Bradford Estate. You will not be disappointed!

The Bradford Estate,
My family & friends had a tremendous time at my daughter Rachel’s wedding last Saturday. Both the ceremony & reception were run and coordinated like a well oiled machine. I cannot tell you how many people came up to my wife or I, and told us how great that the weeding was run. I’ve been to over 200 weddings as a photographer, and I must say that my daughter’s wedding was as good as any that I have been to. There were no problems at all. No bumps in the road just smooth sailing. I have been to some “klunkers” but the good weddings are the ones that you never forget. There were no complaints. People told me that the food was great and plentiful. From the cocktail hour thru dessert. The mashed potato bar was the family’s favorite.
The dining room sparkled. The set-up was very very impressive. My brother Jack, who was a guest, remarket that of the 1,000 or so weddings that he has photographed, Rachel & Dan’s wedding was one of the Top 5 classiest & well run wedding that he has ever seen.

No detail was left out! The room was set up so nicely; it was clean and the table linens looked great. The appetizers were generous and the food buffet was excellent. My family and I attended Josh and Jen Thompson’s wedding at your establishment last Friday night. I felt I had to write and tell you about the EXCEPTIONAL service your employees provided. We felt so welcomed and were treated like royalty!! The personal attention that we were extended made the wedding a HUGE success! We honestly felt that our servers, bartenders truly enjoyed their jobs and truly enjoyed having us there. What an incredible change form the “ordinary!” The food was FANTASTIC!!
