My name is Hassan A. Mohamed, and I am an accomplished Certified Executive Chef at Clarks Landing Wedding Venues. While my educational background initially led me to pursue a degree in accounting from Al Azhar University in Cairo, I soon discovered my true calling in the world of culinary arts during my time in Italy. I had the pleasure of traveling across Europe and immersing myself in the study of classic delicacies and cuisine. These experiences, coupled with my dedication and passion for the culinary arts, led me to become a Certified Executive Chef through the esteemed American Culinary Federation.
Since joining Clarks Landing Wedding Venues in 1999, I have enjoyed sharing my culinary expertise with countless guests on their special occasions. Drawing inspiration from my international culinary adventures and delightful Caribbean cruises, I take immense pride in curating a spectacular cocktail hour. I firmly believe in instilling the values of classic techniques and emphasizing scratch food preparation to my team, ensuring that every culinary creation is unique, memorable, and of the highest quality for weddings.
I consider it a great honor to meet with each couple, taking the time to understand their individual needs and desires, including preferences for ethnic cuisine and special dietary requirements. My ultimate goal is to transport guests into a world of luxury and culinary excellence, allowing them to indulge in an unforgettable experience that will be cherished forever on their special wedding day.

Hi, I am Jackie! Born and raised at the Jersey shore (a proud Sea Girt Patriot for life), I attended Loyola University in Maryland and dedicated 7 years of my career as a Jersey City school teacher. I was honored to earn Teacher of the Year 2019-2020. Those who know me well have dubbed me “Jac of all trades”. My knowledge of and love for the wedding industry is homegrown – my family has been in the business for many years. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for party planning. Being one of seven children, every dinner is a party! (I LOVE a good theme party.)
When I’m not helping our team deliver exceptional wedding experiences, you’ll find me spending time with family and my golden retriever, Hunter.
Fun Fact: I love going to Vermont to snowboard, ride my dirtbike, spin honey, and make homemade apple cider.

Hello, I’m Rob! I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry – from fine dining and entertainment venues to weddings and corporate events. I am passionate about service and providing my clients with an unparalleled guest experience. I’m thrilled to bring my expertise to The Bradford Estate team!
When I’m not at The Bradford, you’ll often find me immersed in the captivating world of historical biographies and novels. Additionally, I love taking on new home improvement projects, particularly when it comes to landscape creation and designing exterior nightscape lighting.
Family time holds a special place in my heart as a father to two incredible sons and happily married to my wife for 35 years. These cherished moments spent together are truly priceless to me.
I can’t wait to meet you and offer you and your loved ones an extensive tour of this hidden gem of South Jersey.

With a degree in hotel and restaurant management, I’m not just your average manager – I’m a seasoned professional who thrives on tackling challenges head-on. I have a passion for providing excellent customer service and unmatched cuisine to guests while helping businesses thrive.
Fun Fact: I am an avid hiker and have hiked the Appalachian Trail before!

I’ve even had the pleasure of crafting beautiful bouquets for the bridal parties! I approach each project with enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to surpass expectations. There’s something magical about being part of someone’s special day and contributing to the creation of moments they’ll cherish forever. I love helping couples bring their unique vision to life!
On my days off you can find me reading a good book, or spending time with my ever-growing family!
Fun Fact: I am a huge pickle fan, and tried my hand at growing cucumbers and pickling them myself this past year. They turned out pretty great if I do say so myself!

Hi, I am Tasha! I’m a lifelong resident of New Jersey, studied at William Paterson University, and I’m married with two daughters. I am a Certified Mixologist with more than 14 years of bartending experience. My career began with casual and fine dining restaurants and today, I’m a proud member of The Bradford Estate wedding team. I enjoy enhancing my skill sets and raising the level of service we provide to our couples. I’m TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certified and I am passionate about using mixing techniques and flavors to create unique signature drinks for our couples.
I look forward to serving up a memorable cocktail experience for you and your guests.
