How many weddings does your facility hold at one time?
We take pride in hosting one wedding at a time at our wedding venue. Our team dedicates our focus to creating a night to remember for you and your guests! The Bradford Estate team is exclusively yours for the duration of your wedding.
What is your pricing?
There are many factors that determine our pricing, including day of the week, month, and the number of guests. Please reach out, and we are happy to provide you with a personalized quote!
What’s included in my wedding package?
Make your wedding effortless with our all-inclusive package. Enjoy a five-hour celebration with a cocktail hour and reception, supported by a coordinator, maître d’, and attendant. When can I come in to tour The Bradford Estate?
We are available Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm and Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Weekend hours may vary depending on the wedding schedule. Simply call or email us to set up your personal tour, we also offer virtual tour options.
How many guests can I have at my wedding?
You can have up to 210 guests at your wedding.
Can we use an outside caterer?
We do not allow an outside caterer at our venue. Our Award-Winning Executive Chef has over 40 years of experience. He is well versed in International Cuisine and can completely customize the menu to accommodate your every need. Chef Hassan is always available to meet with our couples to design a menu for their wedding day.
Do you provide a list of recommended professionals?
We do! Our Best of the Best List will provide you with a list of trusted vendors. We have numerous vendor recommendations for you to reference such as entertainment, photographers, accommodations, etc.
What can I expect on the day of my wedding?
From the moment you arrive, until the very last dance, your Maître d’ will be there for you every step of the way, coordinating with your vendors and keeping your timeline on track. You will be treated like royalty with your own dedicated wedding attendant to assist with anything you need, from bustling your gown to refreshing your drink and everything in between. We are here to ensure you have a worry-free wedding day!
Do you have decor we can use?
We offer a variety of décor options to choose from, including silk floral centerpieces, card boxes, signage, table numbers, glass votives, cake stands, easels, frames, and more.
Are there décor restrictions?
We encourage our couples to personalize our venue to fit their wedding style, however, we do have a few restrictions. Fireworks, glitter, confetti, cold sparklers, and wax-drip candles are not permitted. We will happily set out all your décor items for you per your direction.
Is there parking on site?
Yes! We have plenty of parking on-site!
What time may we arrive for our event?
You’re welcome to arrive up to 2-2.5 hours before your wedding. Add our All-Day Package to enjoy four extra hours in our suites! Contact us today to learn more!
Do you have a rain plan?
Rain is never a concern at The Bradford Estate! Expansive ballroom windows highlight the stunning grounds, while naturally lit indoor spots and our covered patio ensure your portraits are stunning, no matter the weather.
Should I get wedding insurance?
Yes! Best case scenario, you will never need it! Wedding insurance gives you a safety net and peace of mind if the unexpected occurs. Contact our office for trusted recommendations and more information.
